In December 2023 Paytm partnered with Manipal Academy of BFSI to introduce and recruitment for the Paytm Fintech Young Leaders (PFYL) programme. This is a 12-month programme aimed at grooming young graduates for a career in the fintech industry. Upon successful completion of the 12-month program, candidates will be given a certificate of Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Payments & Financial Services from MAHE (Manipal Academy of Higher Education), and will be inducted into Paytm as full time employees in Sales and Non Sales roles. Candidates will earn stipend during class room training, and during the internship, as well as FTE on-the-job training.
